Elia Gourgouris, President
Dr. Elia Gourgouris is the President and co-founder of The Kindness Factor International, LLC. He is the Executive Producer for each of the Voice for Kindness Projects, and co-host of The Kindness Factor, a new human interest reality TV show, which showcases the transformational impact of kindness. Elgin Cahill, Producer/Director
Elgin is an award-winning film and television producer, writer, and director. His television producing credits include Cash Cowboys, and the PBS documentary, Keep a Light in Your Window. His feature film directing credits include Colorado Christmas, Keep a Light in Your Window, and the recently completed For Such a Time as This. Elgin has worked in virtually every aspect of production and worked various crew positions, from production assistant to director, resulting in a well-rounded perspective of the filmmakimg process.
